• Weekly Rate outside holidays: $2,000
• Weekly Rate in July and August: $2,500

Refundable Deposits:

• Regular stays: $400
• Weekly stays: $600
• Holiday stays: $500

Additional Costs:

• Cleaning fee (up to 3 nights): $100
• Cleaning fee (4 nights or more): $150
• Daily cleaning service: $30
• Laundry: $5 per basket
• Pool cleaning: $60

Pet Policy:
No pets allowed.

Booking Policies & Conditions:

• Minimum stay: 2 nights
• Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation is made less than 15 days in advance (not applicable on holidays).
• 50% of the total amount is required to confirm the reservation.
• Holiday deposits are non-refundable.
• Full payment must be made 5 days before check-in.
• Additional payments for extended stays must be made when the extension is requested.
• House towels are not to be used in the pool or at the beach; please keep them in good condition.
• Up to 2 additional guests allowed at $40 per person, per night.
• No pets allowed.
• Keep common areas clean.
• No parties or events allowed. If held without prior notice, the full security deposit will be charged.
• No unregistered guests are allowed. If violated, the full deposit will be charged.
• No glassware allowed in the pool area; plastic cups are provided.
• No wine or beer bottles allowed near the pool.
• BBQ is available and includes charcoal. Must be cleaned after use.
• The kitchen will be equipped with pots, pans, utensils, and dinnerware.

Check-In / Check-Out Times:

• Check-in: 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM
• Check-out: 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made more than 3 months in advance: 90% refund
• Cancellations made between 1 and 3 months in advance: 70% refund
• Cancellations made less than 1 month in advance: No refund (unless the property is rebooked)
• Bookings require a 50% deposit
• Holiday deposits are non-refundable
• Full payment must be made 5 days before check-in
• Additional payments for extended stays must be made at the time of request
